BOC Bulletin Vol. 137, No. 2 (June 2017) is available for viewing or download from this website or from BioOne. You can download a PDF for the whole issue or PDFs for individual papers.

This issue contains twelve papers of wide interest. The first paper, First field observation of Karimui Owlet-Nightjar Aegotheles bennettii terborghi by Markus Lagerqvist, Ashley Banwell & Roger McNeill, provides a description of the first-ever field observation of Karimui Owlet-Nightjar, including photographs and a possible sound-recording of its call, since it was described from a single male specimen given by a local man to Jared Diamond, while he was collecting in the Karimui Basin in the Eastern Highlands of Papua New Guinea, in 1964. Other papers include two by D. R. Wells on Zosterops white-eyes in continental South-East Asia (1: proposed refinements to the regional definition of Oriental White-eye Z. palpebrosus and 2: what is Zosterops auriventer Hume?) and one on First photographs of the endemic Tagula White-eye Zosterops meeki, on Sudest Island (Louisiade Archipelago), Papua New Guinea by David K. Mitchell.

A full list of the papers published in each volume since 1993 can be viewed at the BOC Bulletin Index page.
